Griffeen Community College Parkrun

Last Saturday, 12 October, Griffeen Parkrun was taken over by Griffeen Community College to mark the end of its wellness week.

It was organised by the school in partnership with its dedicated Parents Association and local volunteers. Local Fine Gael TD and Minister Emer Higgins, pictured alongside Principal Noel Kelly, extended her congratulations to everyone involved in the successful takeover of the Parkrun.

“It was a really great morning and a great show of Griffeen’s commitment to promoting health and wellbeing. It was so lovely to see the community come together like this!”, said Minister Higgins.
